Over the years I've made many different muffins for Sneaky Veg.

All of my fruit and vegetable muffins are delicious. And they're all easy to make.
In fact my kids have made many of these with minimal help from me.
Showing kids that sweet treats can be made with nutritious ingredients helps to normalise these ingredients and can encourage them to try new things.
