Raspberry frozen yogurt hearts
These yogurt raspberry hearts make a perfect frozen snack for Valentine’s Day. With just two ingredients they really couldn’t be easier to make.

- 150 g plain yoghurt dairy free if needed
- 6 g freeze dried raspberries
Place 150g yoghurt into a small mixing bowl.
Tip in the freeze dried raspberries and mix well with a spoon.
Using a teaspoon transfer to a silicone heart shaped mould. Use the back of the spoon to gently push it down to try to avoid any air holes.
Freeze for 3-4 hours or until frozen solid.
Carefully remove from the mould and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
