Equipment

Ingredients
 
 

  • 100 g frozen raspberries or strawberries
  • 1 large banana
  • 50 g peanut butter unsweetened
  • 250 ml oat milk or plant-based milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon groundflaxseed optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until well combined.
  • If you've used crunchy peanut butter you may need to blend more than once.
  • Enjoy!
