A delicious green smoothie for kids and grown ups alike made with banana, spinach, avocado and oat milk. Full of nutrients and tastes amazing. A great hidden vegetable recipe to try with picky eaters.

1 large banana chopped 80 g frozen spinach 1 ripe avocado peeled and stone removed 1 tablespoon hemp hearts optional 350 ml oat milk almond milk is also delicious
Place 1 large chopped banana, 80g frozen spinach, 1 ripe avocado, 1 tablespoon hemp hearts (if using) and 350ml oat milk in your blender.
Blend until completely combined.
Serve immediately or freeze for later.
