Instructions
First prepare your fruit. Mix together in a fruit bowl or serving platter, reserving any fruit you have cut into stars to place on the top.
Squeeze over the juice of one lemon and mix gently.
Add any fruit stars to the top of the platter.
Serve as soon as possible.
Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to two days.
