Carrots and peanut butter make a brilliant, healthy snack for kids and adults alike. Perfect for an after-school energy boost, vegan friendly and delicious.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 4 medium carrots peeled
  • ½ jar SKIPPY® Peanut Butter

Instructions
 

  • Cut the carrots into batons. I used a crinkle cutter for mine.
  • Place the peanut butter in a small bowl. 
  • Serve the carrot sticks and peanut butter together. Dip the carrot sticks into the peanut butter and use them to scoop it up. Enjoy!
