Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (fan)/200°C/400°F/gas mark 6. Cover a baking sheet with non-stick baking paper.
Place 500g wholemeal flour, 1 level teaspoon bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) and a pinch of salt into a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
Stir through 2 grated carrots.
In a jug or separate mixing bowl beat together 300ml plain yoghurt with 200ml milk.
Stir the yoghurt mixture through the flour until combined.
Make eight small rolls with lightly floured hands and place on the prepared baking tray. Bake in the oven or 30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve warm or allow to cool completely and store in an airtight container.
