Ingredients

  • 1 Mission Deli mini wrap
  • ¼ ripe avocado chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoon hummus
  • small handful shredded crunchy lettuce

Instructions

  • Spread the hummus over the wrap, reserving a little bit for the end to help you stick your wrap.
  • Add the chopped avocado. If preferred you can mash it now. Add the lettuce.
  • Starting at one end roll the wrap up tightly, pushing the fillings back in if they fall out. Use the reserved hummus to help stick your wrap down.
  • Using a sharp knife cut the wrap into 2-3 cm slices.
  • Eat immediately or store in an airtight container or lunch box for a few hours.
