Refreshing, delicious and healthy - these fruity smoothie ice lollies are just what you need for a hot summer's day.

- 400 g frozen fruit eg chopped banana, strawberries, raspberries
- 400 ml milk I use almond or oat milk
Place the ingredients in a high powered blender.
Blend on the smoothie setting until smooth.
Pour into your ice lolly moulds and freeze overnight or for at least four hours until solid.
- Any kind of frozen fruit can be used. I recommend including banana as it makes the smoothie lollies really creamy.
