Refreshing, delicious and healthy - these fruity smoothie ice lollies are just what you need for a hot summer's day.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 400 g frozen fruit eg chopped banana, strawberries, raspberries
  • 400 ml milk I use almond or oat milk

Instructions
 

  • Place the ingredients in a high powered blender.
  • Blend on the smoothie setting until smooth.
  • Pour into your ice lolly moulds and freeze overnight or for at least four hours until solid.

Notes

  1. Any kind of frozen fruit can be used. I recommend including banana as it makes the smoothie lollies really creamy.
