With these Christmas pudding spiced cinnamon overnight oats you can enjoy all the flavours of Christmas pudding - for breakfast.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 150 g oats
  • 30 g chopped almonds
  • 30 g mixed dried fruit
  • 30 g dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon mixed spice or ground cinnamon or ginger
  • 400 ml plant-based milk I use oat or almond

Instructions
 

  • Start this the night before you want to eat the oats. Place 150g oats, 30g chopped almonds, 30g dried fruit, 30g dried cranberries and 1 teaspoon mixed spice into a jar or bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Pour over 400ml milk, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
  • In the morning simply serve with berries, chopped nuts or seeds and maple syrup to sweeten to taste.
