Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/180°C (fan)/gas mark 6.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof baking paper.
Peel and mash the 3 ripe bananas in a mixing bowl.
Add 3 tablespoons peanut butter and 3 tablespoons maple syrup and stir.
Stir in 120g oats.
Fold in 50g blueberries
Spoon onto the baking tray so you have ten similarly sized cookies. Press the blueberries into the cookie mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
