Rainbow fruit salad
A fun, easy and healthy way to make fruit more appealing, this rainbow fruit salad is sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike. A great one to make for birthday parties.
- 4 large strawberries
- handful cantaloupe melon chopped
- handful mango chopped
- handful green grapes
- handful blueberries
- handful chopped coconut or use marshmallows for a less healthy version
Wash and chop all the fruit.
Arrange in a rainbow shape on a platter or board. The colour order is red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet - feel free to add extra purple coloured fruits if desired.
Add the chopped coconut at the end in a rough cloud shape and serve.
