A delicious and healthy PBJ smoothie inspired by the classic sandwich filling – peanut butter and jam (or jelly depending on where you’re from). No added sugar, vegan and kid friendly.
- 100 g frozen raspberries or strawberries
- 1 large banana
- 50 g unsweetened peanut butter
- 250 ml milk I used oat milk
- 1 tbsp milled flaxseed optional
