Coconut, almond and raspberry bliss balls

These delicious raspberry, almond and coconut bliss balls are so easy to make and need just five ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 100 g raspberries
  • 175 g dates chopped
  • 100 g oats
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 50 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Place 100g raspberries, 175g chopped dates, 100g oats and 50g ground almonds in a food processor.

  2. Pulse until well combined.
  3. Roll into balls with the palm of your hands. You may wish to put a little oil on your hands to stop them getting too sticky.

  4. Place 50g desiccated coconut in a shallow bowl. Roll each energy ball in the coconut until covered.

  5. Set aside.
  6. These can be eaten straight away but I prefer them when they've been in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  7. Store in the fridge.
