Tropical cauliflower smoothie
A delicious recipe for tropical fruits and cauliflower smoothie. A great way to get children to eat a portion of hidden vegetables.
- 100 g cauliflower broken into florets
- 1 ripe banana fresh or frozen
- 150 g mixed tropical fruit pineapple, papaya, mango (mine was frozen)
- 300 ml orange juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
Put 100g cauliflower florets, 1 ripe banana, 150g tropical fruit, 300ml orange juice and 1 tsp vanilla extract into a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve in a glass or pouch and enjoy!
If you're using fresh fruit you may wish to add some ice to the blender too.
