PBJ smoothie

A delicious and healthy PBJ smoothie inspired by the classic sandwich filling – peanut butter and jam (or jelly depending on where you’re from). No added sugar, vegan and kid friendly.

  • 100 g frozen raspberries or strawberries
  • 1 large banana
  • 50 g unsweetened peanut butter
  • 250 ml milk I used oat milk
  • 1 tbsp milled flaxseed optional
Metric - US Customary


  1. Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until well combined.
  2. If you've used crunchy peanut butter you may need to blend more than once.
  3. Enjoy!
