Ingredients

  • 100 g mixed tropical fruits mango, pineapple, papaya fresh or frozen
  • 200 g plain yoghurt
  • Pinch of turmeric optional, for colour

Instructions

  1. Place the fruit, the yoghurt and the turmeric if using into a blender and pulse until well combined.
  2. Put your silicone mould onto a plate or tray (to make it easier to transport) and spoon the yoghurt mixture into your silicone mould. At this stage you could add lolly sticks to make them like mini Easter egg ice lollies.
  3. Store any leftover mixture in the fridge.
  4. Freeze for two hours or overnight. Repeat with any leftover mixture.
  5. When solid pop out of the mould and store in the freezer.
  6. Enjoy on their own as a snack or with fresh fruits and granola for breakfast
