Serving suggestions
These smoky homemade tortilla chips are delicious on their own but they're even better with dips.
Here are some of my favourite dips to serve with these chips:
- guacamole
- cannellini bean dip
- peanut butter hummus (this is my personal favourite dip!)
- roasted beetroot hummus
- hummus for babies (great if you're trying to reduce salt as well).
They also go really well with a veggie chilli like this mushroom chilli, a classic vegan chilli or butternut squash chilli.
Or why not top with guacamole, tomato salsa, coriander (cilantro) leaves and cheese (or dairy free alternative) for some tasty homemade nachos.
Special diets
These tortilla chips are suitable for vegans. Always check the ingredients for your wraps to be sure they're free from animal products.
Use gluten free wraps or corn tortillas to make these homemade nachos suitable for coeliacs and those following a gluten or wheat free diet.
