Four warming vegetarian meals and #CookBlogShare week 43

Welcome to this week's #CookBlogShare linky. #CookBlogShare is a place for food bloggers to share their posts. If you're a food blogger you can join in at the bottom of the page. If you're not a blogger then please check out some of the linked recipes at the bottom of this page - you'll find heaps of inspiration.

There’s been a notable shift in the types of recipes that are being linked up - whereas a couple of months ago there were summer salads and cooling desserts there are now pies, stews and crumbles. Last week’s link was hosted by Eb over at Easy Peasy Foodie  - thanks Eb! All of the recipes linked up look delicious and it’s so hard to pick just four to feature - but this week I've chosen four warming vegetarian dinners for you.

Mushroom soup with freekah

Now I don’t particularly like mushrooms but even I couldn’t resist this delicious looking soup from Family, Friends, Food! It looks so warming and just perfect for lunch or dinner on a cold autumn or winter day.

Vegan jota (Slovenian sauerkraut and bean stew)

This stew from Yumsome looks and sounds delicious. I love reading about how vegan Nico manages to find and make delicious vegan food in eastern Europe - which is no mean feat!

Spinach, ricotta and feta pie

Actually I could eat this at any time of year but there’s something about pie that just screams autumn at me. This recipe uses puff pastry rather than the traditional filo making it even heartier than usual. Another delicious looking recipe from Recipes Made Easy.

Vegetarian mock Tudor pies

I’m always so impressed with Only Crumbs Remain’s bakes. Angela has done better than me at baking along every week with the Great British Bake Off - I didn’t manage to do Tudor Week yet she did two separate pies! Either of these vegetarian pies would make a delicious veggie dinner.

Now onto this week's linky. You can link up any foodie post that you have - both old and new posts are welcome. We just ask that you:
